BC Ferries is warning passengers of five possible sailing cancellations on its Sunshine Coast and Nanaimo routes Monday, Oct. 30 because of insufficient crew to operate the Queen of Coquitlam.
BC Ferries is warning passengers of five possible sailing cancellations on its Sunshine Coast and Nanaimo routes Monday, Oct. 30 because of insufficient crew to operate the Queen of Coquitlam.
“In the case of a cancellation, the Queen of Surrey will operate on a modified schedule on this route,” said the service notice.
As of 12:30 p.m., the sailings at risk of cancellation are:
- 5:30 p.m. departing Horseshoe Bay to Langdale
- 6:40 p.m. departing Langdale to Horseshoe Bay
- 7:50 p.m. departing Horseshoe Bay to Langdale
- 8:55 p.m. departing Langdale to Horseshoe Bay
- 10:10 p.m. departing Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay
BC Ferries is working on securing the required number of crew for the Queen of Coquitlam.
