The boat show opens at 10 am every day, and we recommend arriving around that time to avoid the crowds and heat of Palma.
On the first day, we were given a map of the event and walked around the marina to familiarise ourselves with the location, companies and yachts.
Seeing the variety of boats showcased was exciting, from smaller, tender-like powerboats to massive 100ft catamarans.
For lunch, we head to Palma town, which we recommend. Even though the marina offers plenty of options, it’s nice to walk around town and explore local cuisine. In the afternoon, we met with several companies, including some exciting startups in the boating industry. It was fascinating to hear about his innovative ideas and new technologies they had to offer, which are directed at being eco and green!
